Koolabo

Koolabo replaces scattered texts, email chains, Dropbox links, and side calendars with one centralized hub built for film and video production crews.

Chat, organized by department
Real-time messaging with channels, reactions, and reply threading — so conversations stay organized instead of buried in a group text with fifty people in it.

AI-powered schedule import
Upload a call sheet or shoot schedule and Koolabo's AI reads it and proposes calendar events for your review. Nothing gets added until you confirm — you're always in control.

Shared files, zero digging
Call sheets, contracts, location photos, and reference material live in one shared library. Protected Files let owners lock sensitive documents to view-only, so crew can preview but not download.

Subscribable production calendar
Every event syncs to a per-project calendar feed you can subscribe to from Apple Calendar or Google Calendar, so your schedule stays current automatically.

360° location photo albums
Tag, organize, and browse location scouting photos — including immersive 360° panoramas — right alongside your other project files.

Role-based permissions
Owner, co-owner, and crew roles keep the right people in control of a project while everyone else stays focused on the work.

Built for how crews actually work
Whether you're a department head running a small crew or coordinating a full production, Koolabo scales with you — one app, one place, everyone on the same page.

Download Koolabo and stop chasing your crew across five different apps.
