KiloDrive

KiloDrive brings rides, driver offers, parcel delivery, family travel, vehicle rentals and wallet tools together in one mobile experience built for the Caribbean. Rider and driver tools are in this consumer app; system administration uses a separate restricted app.

RIDE WITH MORE CONTROL
Choose pickup and destination points on the map, review route distance and time, see a system-proposed fare and set your offer. Compare eligible driver bids, vehicle details and ratings before accepting. Follow the active journey, use trip chat or an in-app call, share trip information, access safety tools and receive status updates through completion.

DRIVE AND EARN
Verified drivers can go online, discover available requests, preview the approach and passenger route before bidding, submit or revise offers, manage active work and review earnings. The readiness checklist shows identity, driver profile, document, vehicle, membership, payout and safety requirements with the next action. Driver access remains subject to approval, country rules and applicable membership limits.

FAMILY AND BUSINESS TRAVEL
Create or join a shared travel profile to coordinate, pay for and follow eligible trips for family members or employees. Availability and controls vary by country and account configuration.

SEND PACKAGES
Request a delivery with mapped pickup and drop-off locations, parcel category, sender and recipient details. Compare driver offers, follow delivery progress and communicate with the assigned driver. Wallet-funded deliveries use protected held funds released according to the delivery outcome.

WALLET AND PAYMENTS
See available and held balances, add money where supported, transfer wallet funds, redeem eligible top-up cards, review transaction history and request cashout through saved payout methods. Payment Recovery and the Resolution Center provide status and support references for unresolved or disputed transactions. KiloDrive is not a bank; payment methods, limits and processing times vary by country and provider.

MEMBERSHIP AND VEHICLE TOOLS
Membership plans are for drivers only. Drivers can compare Free, Silver and Gold membership benefits, review current usage, manage supported store subscriptions and restore eligible purchases. Vehicle Center brings vehicle identity, documents, insurance, registration, fitness, maintenance and readiness information together.

TRUST, SAFETY AND PRIVACY
Use trusted contacts, trip sharing, safety controls and an optional assisted-rider profile. KiloDrive supports email and phone verification, identity and document review, optional two-factor authentication, biometric app lock, device and session management, private uploads, support cases and account-data controls. These tools support trust but cannot eliminate every risk. Contact local emergency services first in an emergency.

RENTALS AND ROAD TOOLS
Browse eligible rental vehicles, review details and images, save favourites and manage requests or bookings where available. Use toll, mileage and vehicle-finance calculators, save calculations and export supported results. Estimates are informational and not financial, legal or route guarantees.

LOCAL AND ACCESSIBLE
KiloDrive supports English, Spanish, French, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. Currency, dates and times follow supported country and device settings.

Service availability, providers, payment methods and features vary by country. Continued location use during an active service may affect battery life. Review KiloDrive's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before use.
