JuanFlow

JuanFlow is the job-tracking app for shops that take work in and hand it back out, from hydrographics, painting and coating to fabrication, repair, detailing and any custom or specialty service. Instead of juggling group chats, spreadsheets and sticky notes, you run every job from drop-off to pickup in one place, and your clients get a clean, professional way to follow along.

Everything starts at the Hub, where your shop, Shop Talk, the Marketplace and the Online Store are one tap away, with your new messages and rewards right at the top. Inside your shop, you name the stages you actually work in and set up Job Types so each kind of work follows its own steps. When a job moves forward, one tap on Advance updates it, and JuanFlow automatically texts and emails your client with a link to track their job, so nobody has to call asking if it's done yet. Clients sign in with a one-time code, with no password to remember.

Every conversation lives in one Messages inbox, where job chats, new inquiries, Marketplace bids and Shop Talk replies are grouped by type and searchable down to a single word. You can log pricing, payments, and material and labor costs on each job, then see your revenue, turnaround time and slowest stages in Analytics. Invite your staff so the whole team works from the same live job board, and list your shop in Discover so nearby clients can find you and message you straight from your listing.

New in JuanFlow is Shop Talk, a Q&A community where shop owners and clients ask questions with photos, share what they know, follow threads and climb the monthly Top Helpers board. In the Philippines, every qualifying like on your answers earns ₱1 in Rewards that you can spend in the Online Store, where you can order pigments, candy tones, adhesives and hydrographic films from JuanderHues and pay online or cash on delivery. When you need more work, the Marketplace lets you bid on jobs people post, or post your own and compare offers. And whenever you have a quick shop question, Ask JuanDip, the built-in AI assistant, is right there to help.

Getting started is simple: every shop gets 2 free jobs every month, and when you need more, you pay only for the extra jobs you use, with no subscription.
