Christian App Blocker: Pray

First Amen is a Christian app blocker that helps you pray before you scroll. At the prayer times you choose, the apps that distract you most wait until you’ve spent a moment with God.

Read a guided prayer or pray in your own words, then return to your day. Protect one app for free with unlimited prayer pauses; First Amen Plus protects more apps.

PRAYER TIMES THAT FIT YOUR DAY
Choose the app that distracts you most. Set morning, evening or custom prayer reminders. When that app is locked, pray before returning to it. Need access right away? Emergency unlock is always available.

MEET PIP
Your sheep companion grows as you make time for prayer. Watch ten painted scenes unfold, follow your 90-day journey and see your prayer streak.

PRAY IN YOUR OWN WAY
Choose how you feel and read a guided prayer, or use the timer to pray in your own words. Personalized AI prayers need an internet connection. Built-in prayers are available offline in all 16 supported languages.

YOUR PRAYER JOURNAL
Find the prayers you’ve completed and read them again whenever you like. Your personal prayer history stays on your device.

READ THE BIBLE OFFLINE
Read Scripture in your language, highlight verses and write your own notes. Offline Bible editions cover all 16 supported languages. WEB, KJV, BBE and RVR1960 are also available. Share a verse as text or as a Bible image.

PRAY WITH OTHERS
Share a prayer request and encourage someone in the community. Community features need an account and an internet connection.

ONE APP FREE. MORE WITH PLUS.
Protect one app with unlimited prayer pauses. You can change your free app anytime. Bible reading, the prayer journal, community, reminders and sheep progression are free.

First Amen Plus protects more apps with an optional monthly or yearly subscription. You’ll see the price and full billing period before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in Google Play. You don’t need a subscription to keep using your one free app.

YOU CONTROL APP PROTECTION
First Amen uses Android Accessibility access to check which app is open and show a prayer screen for the apps you select. It does not read screen content, messages or passwords. App-detection data stays on your device. You can turn off this access in Android Settings anytime; app blocking needs it to stay enabled.

Start with one app and a moment of prayer.
