Reef: Cozy Ocean Habit Tracker

A cozy, gamified habit tracker: keep a habit, earn a pearl, and your ocean comes alive.

Complete a habit, release a golden pearl and watch your reef react. Reef is a free habit tracker that makes consistency visible without turning a missed day into guilt.

A simple loop

1. Create one small habit.
2. Check it off when you complete it.
3. Release a pearl and see your ocean evolve.

Habits at your pace

• Daily, weekly, or monthly habits
• Streaks, progress, and custom reminders
• Pearls, rewards, and a responsive ocean
• 15 ocean species to discover

Focus below the surface

Start a focus session and descend through 5 depth zones. Short sessions stay simple, while longer sessions take you deeper.

Gambi, without the guilt

Gambi supports you with gentle messages and an optional reflection journal. Reef is a tracking tool, not a medical service.

Together, when you choose

Add friends, join a crew, or take part in a shared expedition. Social features are optional: your ocean remains yours.

Free to start

Use up to 6 habits, one active expedition, and focus sessions up to 25 minutes without a subscription. Reef Plus unlocks higher limits, advanced focus and statistics, ocean themes, and other extras.

Respect for your data

Reef has no third-party ads and does not sell your personal data. You can delete your account and associated data from the app.
