InspectoMac – Inspections

InspectoMac is the heavy machinery inspection software designed for Quebec construction sites. Your operators perform their daily inspections directly on their phones, and your inspection log is automatically generated.

NO MORE PAPER

• Photos of anomalies taken directly in the software
• Operator signature and automatic timestamp
• Works even without a network connection — data synchronizes when the signal returns

YOUR EFFORTLESS INSPECTION RECORD
• Every inspection is archived, traceable, and linked to its operator, machine, and job site
• Professional PDF reports generated automatically
• Weekly report sent by email
• In case of an accident or an inspector's visit, everything is ready

ANOMALIES UNDER CONTROL
• Immediate alert when an operator reports an anomaly
• Correction tracking: nothing falls through the cracks
• Complete history per machine

SMART SAFETY BREAK
• Safety break topics generated according to the trade and season
• Based on OHS standards Quebec
• Break history for your prevention file

MACHINERY TRACKING (Enterprise plan)
• Engine hours, maintenance, and malfunctions for your entire fleet
• Automatic alerts before the maintenance threshold
• Planning workflow between supervisor, management, and mechanic

DESIGNED FOR THE FIELD
• Simple interface, large buttons, dark mode
• Each operator has their own access on their phone
• The supervisor views their job site history
• Unlimited operators — the price doesn't change with the size of your team
