About INR Notebook

INR Notebook is a private record book for people taking warfarin. Keep your INR results, the dose instructions your clinic gives you, the doses you take and your clinic visits together, and see them clearly whenever you need them.

It is a notebook, not a clinician. INR Notebook never calculates or changes a warfarin dose, and it never tells you what to do about a result. It shows you what you and your clinic have recorded.

WHAT YOU CAN KEEP
• INR results, with the target range your clinic gave you and a chart of every reading against it
• Dose instructions exactly as your clinic wrote them, including alternating doses such as 5/2.5, and holds
• The doses you take each day, kept separate from what was prescribed
• Clinic visits, with your next appointment and next INR test on the home screen
• Reminders for your daily dose, INR tests and clinic appointments that say when each one falls
• A change history on every INR result, so nothing is silently overwritten

FOOD AND SAFETY
• A vitamin K food guide and meal planner based on the diet document included in the app
• The bleeding danger signs from the warfarin card, one tap from the home screen

YOUR RECORDS STAY YOURS
• Everything is stored on your phone. There is no account, and your records only leave it inside an encrypted backup you set up yourself.
• An optional app lock with a PIN or your fingerprint
• Daily encrypted backups on your phone, and an optional weekly encrypted copy to a Google Drive folder you choose
• A 64-digit recovery code, so a backup can be restored on a new phone
• PDF and CSV reports to share with your clinic

FREE FOR THREE MONTHS, THEN PREMIUM
Everything is included for your first three months, with no card needed. After that, INR Notebook Premium is a monthly subscription through Google Play (KSh 100 a month in Kenya). It covers recording INR results, the INR chart and trends, clinic visits, reminders for tests and appointments, the PDF report for your clinic, the weekly copy to Google Drive, meal plans and documents.
What keeps warfarin safe stays free for everyone: your clinic's dose instruction, recording the doses you take, your daily warfarin reminder, the danger signs, the vitamin K food list, the app lock, backups, and every record you have already made.

IMPORTANT
INR Notebook is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Always follow the instructions of your healthcare professional, and contact your anticoagulation clinic if you are unsure what to do. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
