Idus: tasks, notes & projects

Stop juggling three apps. Idus brings your projects, tasks and notes together, adds a group chat with the people you work with, and a built-in AI assistant that helps you run it all. On your phone and on the web, always in sync.

PROJECTS THAT SHOW THE WAY • Numbered steps that group your tasks • Urgency colors (yellow, orange, red) so the next move is obvious • Deadlines on a month calendar, with reminders before the time you choose • Drag to reorder, hide what is finished, search everything

NOTES BESIDE YOUR WORK • Quick capture, checklists, folders, pinned favorites • Your thinking lives next to your plan, not in another app

WORK TOGETHER • Share a project as viewer or editor; a group chat opens inside it • Send images and files, mention people, assign tasks • A "My tasks" view collects everything assigned to you

@IDUS, YOUR AI ASSISTANT • Ask anything about your projects and deadlines, in the chat or from the floating assistant button • It can create, change or clean up projects, steps, tasks, notes and goals when you ask • Paste a discussion or an email and turn it into a plan • It answers in English, French, Spanish or Italian

MADE TO BE TRUSTED • Works offline; syncs when you are back • Undo after deleting, plus a 30-day recycle bin • Export all your data as one file, anytime • Delete your account and data in one place, permanently • No ads. Your data is never sold.

Light, dark and a warm beige theme. English, French, Spanish and Italian.
