About Steady: Commitments Tracker
Steady is a simple way to keep track of the commitments you make — replies you owe, small deadlines, promises to other people — without carrying them around in your head.
Add something in one step: what you owe, who's waiting (if anyone), and when it's due. Pick a due date with a single tap, from today out to further ahead.
Your Today screen keeps things short, so you're not staring at everything at once. Everything you add lives in one place you can check instead of trying to remember.
Steady also includes:
• A short focus timer (10, 15, 25 or 45 minutes) for sitting down and starting on something, with no streak to protect and nothing to sign up for.
• A one-tap daily mood check-in, so you can notice how the day went over time.
• A small library of short reads — a couple of minutes each — on starting tasks, working with distraction, and naming what's pulling your attention.
• An optional daily nudge that can remind you what's late, due today, or coming up tomorrow.
Steady works without an account or sign-in — there's nothing to set up before you start using it.
Please note: Steady is a set of practical habits, not an assessment, a diagnosis, or a treatment. If focus, restlessness or follow-through are affecting your life over a long stretch, please speak with a doctor or a qualified professional.
