FOR EMPLOYERS AND RECRUITERS

CHAT THAT ACTUALLY WORKS

Hiring is a conversation, not a form. EZJob is built around real-time chat:

• Send text, photos, and resume files
• Read receipts and typing status so you know where you stand
• Exchange phone or email only when both sides agree
• Search your whole chat history
• Mute, pin, or hide any conversation
• Report and block — every conversation is moderated

SAFE AND VERIFIED

• Every job post, company profile, and resume is reviewed before it goes live
• Identity verification for individual employers
• Business licence verification for companies
• Two-factor authentication and account security controls
• You choose what contact details to share, and when
