DoneOS

DoneOS is an execution system for work shared between people and AI agents.

Build a focused stack of active commitments, keep ready work in one ranked queue, and organize everything into clear execution zones. Every meaningful action is recorded in an append-only activity feed so you can see who claimed, completed, blocked, or reviewed each item.

Connect work to goals and measurable outcomes instead of maintaining disconnected task lists. Human work and agent work use the same execution model while retaining clear actor labels and history.

DoneOS can turn completed, active, and blocked work into a structured daily Slack update. Its MCP-ready architecture gives AI tools a consistent way to create, claim, update, and complete work while preserving an accountable execution trail.

Core capabilities:
• Focus Stack with a deliberate work-in-progress limit
• Ranked queue for ready work
• Execution zones for waiting, blocked, review, backlog, and done
• Goals with linked work and measurable progress
• Human and AI actor attribution
• Event-backed activity and completion history
• Slack-ready daily status summaries
• MCP-compatible agent workflows

DoneOS helps teams focus the work, record every action, and communicate the result.
