Hola Stay

Hola Stay is a proprietary tool for managing short-term rental apartments on the Spanish coast (Costa Blanca/Costa Cálida). The app brings the entire stay experience together in one place—from reservations, through guest check-in, to billing.

Key Features:

• Reservations—automatic import of stays from the IdoBooking system (iCal channel, read-only): guest name, phone number, and stay dates. The number of guests and the portal are entered in the app—they are not transmitted through the iCal channel.

• Calendar—check-ins, departures, and cleanings are calculated from stays, with reminders.

• Check-in/check-out—digital registration card with guest signature, inventory (keys, cards, towels), security deposit, and terms and conditions.

• SES Hospedajes (Guardia Civil) – generates "Parte de viajeros" and "Reserva de hospedaje" in XML format compliant with the Spanish Ministry of the Interior, along with a registration card.

• Finance – a stay settlement calculator, property price list, invoices (PDF), owner reports, and work reports.

• Properties – apartment cards with full details, equipment, and documents.

• Cleaning and Tasks – cleaning history, faults, and task assignments.

• Guest Info / QR – quick access to apartment information.

• Assistant – answers guest questions and reads the daily report (works offline).

Security and Privacy:

• Access protected by a three-factor login (company number + email + password); accounts are created only by the administrator, and the admin panel is additionally protected by a PIN.

• Company data—including guest data required for SES check-in, document scans, signatures, billing, and invoices—is stored in the team cloud (Google Firebase) on servers in the European Union and in a local copy on the device, which allows the app to work offline. Access is limited to logged-in members of the company.

• Account passwords are stored as a hash (SHA-256 with a random salt), never publicly. The automatic login credentials are stored in the device's system vault (Android Keystore).

• Content translation (notes, tasks, events, message templates) sends text to the external translation service MyMemory. The optional cloud assistant mode, disabled by default, sends the query text to the model provider.

• No advertising or tracking.

The app is a professional tool for the owner and the apartment management team—it is not intended for guests or general users.
