Hyosim Finger — Help Your Parents Who Live Far Away via Smartphone

"How do I do this?" Smartphone usage, which was difficult to explain over the phone, can now be guided while viewing your parents' screens directly.

Hyosim Finger is an app that allows family members living apart to remotely assist their parents with their smartphones. You simply need to view your parents' screens in real-time and point your finger (pointer) at the screen to say, "Press here."

■ How to Use

1. Both the child and the parent install the app.

2. The child enters the invitation code displayed on the parent's phone to connect.

3. When the parent starts screen sharing, their screen appears in real-time on the child's phone.

4. When the child points to the screen to provide guidance, it is indicated by a pink pointer on the parent's screen.

※ If you connect a phone call via speakerphone, you can provide guidance more conveniently by explaining with your voice while pointing at the screen.

※ During screen sharing, a "Hyosim Finger Screen Sharing in Progress" notification will continuously appear at the top of the parent's phone, and the sharing will not be interrupted even while the parent is using other apps. ■ Two Guidance Methods

· Screen Guidance — Provides guidance by directly viewing your parents' phone screen, covering app usage, social media, the internet, and more.

· Camera Guidance — Provides guidance by pointing the camera at physical objects such as kiosks, home appliances, and documents.

■ Hyosim Finger for Moments Like These

· "How do I send photos and videos on KakaoTalk?"

· "How do I find the video I want to watch on YouTube?"

· "I'm in front of a hospital or subway kiosk; how do I press the buttons?" (Camera Guidance)

· "Please check the dosage instructions on my medicine bag." (Camera Guidance)

■ Use Safely

Only those connected via a family invitation code can view the screen with Hyosim Finger. Never agree to requests for a code or screen sharing from strangers, and do not share screens containing sensitive personal information. Screen sharing may be automatically blocked for certain security-sensitive apps, such as financial or banking apps, which may display a black screen.

Even from a distance, it feels like you are right beside your parents, watching the screen together. Start warm remote filial piety with Hyosim Finger.
