Peter

Peter is a simple work app for the WhatsApp number your business already runs on.
Salon, boutique, tuition class, repair shop, clinic front desk, trader - if your
day is a pile of customer chats, Peter turns that pile into a to-do list you can
actually finish.

Connect your business WhatsApp number, and Peter organises every chat by what it
needs from you.

WHAT PETER DOES

- Work inbox: every customer chat is sorted into Reply due, Follow-up, Waiting, and
Done. Open the app in the morning, see today's work, and clear it. Nothing slips.

- Customer memory: each customer gets a card - notes, past visits, preferences,
and tags. "Prefers evening slots", "still owes for last order", "allergic to
colour" - written once, never forgotten, there for whoever serves them next.

- Reminders: tap once to set "remind me tomorrow 10 AM". Peter pings you at the
right time and keeps that chat parked until it is handled.

- Voice notes: record and send voice notes, and play the ones customers send.

- Fast replies: answer from your phone, see photos and files customers send, retry
a message that failed, and search any customer in a second.

- Team-honest: read/unread and the work counts stay in sync with Peter on the web,
so you and your staff never step on each other.

BUILT FOR INDIAN SMALL BUSINESS

Hinglish-friendly, light on your data plan, and priced for a small shop - not an
enterprise. No training needed; if you can use WhatsApp, you can use Peter.
