About Glitchoku

Fast, Futuristic Sudoku with Streaks and Timed Moves.

The same 9×9 grid. The same pure logic — every puzzle solvable by reasoning alone. Then Glitchoku does what other Sudoku games don't: it gets your heart pounding. What's the last time you felt that while playing a Sudoku?

Fully offline. No ads, no sign-up, no paywall.

THREE WAYS TO PLAY

⏱️ OVERCLOCK — One clock for the whole board, and it is already running. Every correct digit buys time back, and the quicker you solve the more it pays. Beat the break-even pace and the clock climbs instead of draining. Finish a 3×3 box for a big refill. Three lives, and one wrong digit costs you one.

⚡ BLITZ — 30 seconds a move, with a pursuer on your tail. Every mistake and every timeout lets it close a step. Five correct in a row pulls you one clear. Let it reach you and the run is over — so a streak is not just points, it is distance.

📜 CLASSIC SUDOKU — No clock. No score. No pressure. Just the puzzle, deep undo, and your own best time to beat. Put it down for a week and pick it up where you left it.

▬▬▬ FOUR REAL DIFFICULTIES ▬▬▬

Not the same board with fewer digits showing. Each tier is cut on the hardest technique it genuinely needs:

• EASY — naked singles. Where beginners should start. • MEDIUM — hidden singles. • HARD — naked and hidden pairs, pointing pairs, box/line reduction, X-Wing. • EXPERT — Swordfish, XY-Wing, simple colouring, forcing chains.

Expert stays locked in a mode until you have finished three Hard boards there. It is not a menu option. It is a thing you earn.

▬▬▬ LEARN TO SOLVE ANYTHING ▬▬▬

Never cracked a hard sudoku? How to Play teaches every technique on a real board, one step at a time — last position, last candidate, naked singles, hidden singles, naked pairs, hidden pairs, naked triples, pointing pairs, box/line reduction, X-Wing, Swordfish, XY-Wing, colouring and chains.

Interactive lessons you play, not a wall of text you scroll. Learn the techniques once and no sudoku puzzle is ever closed to you again.

▬▬▬ ENDLESS PUZZLES, NEVER THE SAME ONE TWICE ▬▬▬

Every board is generated fresh on your device and checked to have exactly one solution — so a puzzle is never ambiguous, never unfair, and never one you have already solved. No puzzle packs to buy. No daily limit. No lives to sit and wait for.

▬▬▬ TOOLS ▬▬▬

• Pencil marks and candidate notes • Auto-eliminate — a placed digit strikes itself from its peers • Undo in classic mode, 200 moves deep • Save any board and finish it later • Personal bests, full Mission Records, and a move-by-move replay of every run you have played • No hints and no auto-solve. You finish the board, or nobody does.

▬▬▬ PERFECT FOR ▬▬▬

• Beginners learning how to play sudoku from scratch • Veterans who want expert sudoku puzzles that actually fight back • A five-minute brain teaser on the commute • Anyone tired of sudoku games buried under ads, pop-ups and paywalls

▬▬▬

Whether you want a calm classic sudoku puzzle to unwind with before bed, a daily brain training workout, a logic puzzle that actually teaches you something, or a genuinely hard number game that punishes one sloppy guess — Glitchoku is the free offline sudoku app that finally makes the world's best puzzle game feel fast.

Nine digits. One grid. No excuses.

Interesting way to play Sudoku. This offers more gamified experience of classic game. The pen icon mode change in the dark theme is not distinguishing, this may lead to incorrect inputs.

I mostly played Overclock and Sudoku. Honestly, I’d probably buy this just for Sudoku alone. The Glitchoku variants were a nice bonus, though. I really enjoyed Overclock too once I got the hang of it. I’d play the harder Sudoku levels when I had more time, and usually go for a medium Glitchoku game when I just wante...

An addictive twist on Sudoku! I absolutely love the Blitz mode. What I really appreciate is how Glitchoku keeps the essence of traditional Sudoku while introducing creative and refreshing variations. No annoying ads, and it works offline, which makes it perfect for playing while travelling. I also love that I can sa...
