FieldKonnect SFA

FieldKonnect SFA is a workforce and field-activity management app designed for authorized employees and field teams.

The app helps users manage their daily work activities from one place. Employees can sign in using credentials provided by their organization, record attendance, manage customer visits, plan tours, submit expenses and review work reports.

Key features:

• Attendance punch-in and punch-out
• Location tracking during active working hours
• Customer and field-visit management
• Tour planning and daily activity reporting
• Expense submission with attachment uploads
• Attendance and expense reports
• Performance and activity information

Location access supports attendance verification and field-activity reporting. When an employee starts work by punching in, the app may collect location updates while the app is in the background. Tracking is used only during active working hours and stops after the employee punches out.

FieldKonnect SFA is intended for authorized business users whose accounts and access are managed by their organization.
