Fanousi Driver

Fanousi Driver is the official delivery app for drivers of Fanousi (fanousi.com).

Everything you need to run your delivery shift is in one place — from the moment the office assigns you an order until the package is in the customer's hands.

YOUR SHIFT, ORGANIZED
• Go online or offline with one tap to control when you receive work
• See today's deliveries at a glance with live counts of pending, active, and completed orders
• Get the full history of every delivery you've handled

SMART ORDER SCANNING
• Scan the QR code on any Fanousi shipping label to instantly confirm pickup
• Scan again at the customer's door to complete the delivery — no typing needed

EVERYTHING ABOUT EVERY ORDER
• Customer name, address, and phone with one-tap Call or WhatsApp
• Navigate with Google Maps or Waze
• Full list of items in the parcel, payment method, and the exact cash amount to collect
• Notes from the dispatch office and from the customer

PROOF OF DELIVERY
• Verify handover with the customer's one-time code (OTP)
• Capture a delivery photo and recipient name
• Report failed deliveries with a reason so the office can react fast

CASH & EARNINGS
• Automatic record of every cash-on-delivery collection
• Clear totals for collected, pending, and reconciled amounts with your office

BUILT FOR THE ROAD
• Works through weak connections — your actions are saved offline and sync automatically when you're back online
• Your location is shared only while you're on an active delivery, so customers can follow their order and dispatch can support you

NOTE: This app is for registered Fanousi delivery drivers only. Accounts are created by Fanousi office managers — there is no self-registration. If you'd like to drive with Fanousi, contact us at [email protected].
