The purpose of the national union FO for family employment is to support and accompany childminders and employees of the private employer in their profession.

Véronique DELAÎTRE, secretary of the union, and Marie-Claire DUFROS, assistant secretary of the union, were childminders for several years. Their experience allowed them to understand the difficulties of the profession, in particular the lack of recognition of these professionals by public services as well as their isolation. To fill these gaps, the national union is committed to:

Inform you about your rights through various publications.
Support you in calculating monthly payments, paid leave and termination of contracts.
Advise you on the drafting and termination of your employment contract

In order to protect you from isolation, we have set up telephone appointments and videoconference appointments. We also organize information meetings.

As a member, you can also benefit from a free telephone meeting with our lawyers to directly discuss your professional, family or other rights, every Friday.

You regularly receive documentation such as sample letters, how to create your welcome booklet, the child's sleep, and of course we provide you with our employment contracts free of charge.

Our mobile application offers you a member area with legal documentation, calculation tools and pay slips at your disposal. We have also thought about your purchasing power by putting an online benefits platform offering attractive products.

So, don’t hesitate any longer and don’t forget that FO is the union that FO is for you.
