About DG Sudoku
Sudoku, comfortably. At your own pace.
DG Sudoku is a calm, clear Sudoku made for comfortable reading and steady, unhurried play. There is no clock while you play, no lives to lose, no ads and no account. Just you, the puzzle and a quiet board.
Levels at your pace
Easy, Medium and Hard each have their own numbered levels. They start gently and get a little harder as you go. Finish a level to open the next one, and play any finished level again to beat your time. Everyone gets the same Level 7, so friends can compare times. Easy marks a repeated number as you play; Medium and Hard let you find your own mistakes. Every level can be solved by logic alone, one step at a time, so Hint can always help, and each difficulty keeps your place when you switch.
Larger squares, whenever you want them
Play on the whole board, or tap Larger squares to enlarge one 3×3 box at a time. Previous and Next move between boxes, and a small map shows where you are in the puzzle.
Hints that teach
Stuck? Hint first shows you where to look. Ask again and it explains, in plain words, why the move works. It only places the number if you ask it to. If one of your entries doesn't fit the solution, it gently points you back to that square so you can try again. There's no penalty.
Easy to read, easy to tap
• Big, high-contrast numbers on a calm dark board
• Settings to make the numbers even bigger, highlight the same number, shade the row, column and box you're working in, and vibrate on tap
• On phones, the number keys, Undo, Erase, Notes and Hint stay at the bottom of the screen, always in the same place
• Your own entries are cyan and underlined, and on Easy a repeated number is marked with “!”, so nothing relies on colour alone
• Works with larger system text, and every square has a spoken label for screen readers
Pick up where you left off
Your puzzle, notes, undo history and view are saved on your device as you play. Close the app any time; when you come back, it shows you the square where you paused. When you finish, you see how long it took; Settings shows your best and average times for each level, how many puzzles you've finished and how many days in a row you've played. You can switch the times off.
Made to respect you
• Plays fully offline
• No ads, no analytics, no tracking, no data collected
• No account and no sign-in
Every puzzle is original and has exactly one solution.
