About Citesvue

Citesvue is the meeting recorder and notetaker that shows its evidence. Record a conversation on your phone, import a recording, or send the assistant to a Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams call. Citesvue transcribes it, names the speakers, writes the recap and pulls out the decisions, action items, bugs and risks. Every one of them links back to the moment it was said, so your team can check any note against what actually happened.

Record meetings, interviews and site visits
• Tap record and put the phone down. Recording continues with the screen off, and you can pause and resume.
• Add a marker at the moments that matter and jump straight back to them later.
• Import audio or video files, or share a recording into Citesvue from another app.
• Uploads are resumable, so a dropped connection never loses a recording.

Meeting notes you can check
• The recap covers the summary, key topics, decisions and action items, written from the transcript.
• The transcript is timestamped and split by speaker. Tap a line to listen to it. Name a speaker once and the transcript shows who said what.
• Decisions, action items, bugs, risks, requirements and open questions are pulled out as items you can review, approve or dismiss, then send to the tools your team has connected.

Ask questions, get cited answers
• Ask about a single recording, a document, a project or your whole workspace.
• Answers cite the exact moment or page. Tap a citation to verify it yourself.

Screen shares become evidence
• For video and screen-share recordings, optional visual evidence turns the recording into scenes, on-screen text and visual findings you can jump to.

Documents too
• Upload PDFs, read them on your phone, move through the outline and ask questions with page-level citations.

Search everything
• Search across recordings and documents and open the exact second or page.
• Organise work into projects and ask questions across a whole project.

Made for teams
• One workspace on Android and on the web, with roles for owners, admins, members and viewers.
• Recordings and documents stay in your workspace. Delete any of them, or your whole account, whenever you want.

Citesvue is free to start. Paid plans add more recording time, visual evidence and meeting-assistant minutes for teams.

Permissions: microphone, used only while you record; notifications, optional, to tell you when a recap is ready. Recording runs as a foreground service so it keeps going when the screen is off, with a persistent notification while it runs.
