ArboScan is a professional application designed to analyze incidents, build root cause trees, and track corrective actions.

It centralizes the main stages of the analysis, from the initial event description to the creation of reports and communication materials.

KEY FEATURES

• Event Creation and Tracking
Record essential information: event type, date (and time), location, circumstances, and analysis status.

• Root Cause Tree Construction
Create the analyzed event (A0), add the direct causes, and delve deeper into each branch. Causes are automatically coded: R1, R1.1, R1.1.1, etc.
A preview tool is available, allowing you to return to and move branches to connect them to others.
A menu provides a vertical listing of the different causes.

• Identification of Key Causes
Mark root causes and causes requiring special attention.

• Corrective Action Management
Associate an action with a cause and enter its driver, deadline, priority, status, type of countermeasure, and comments.

• Analysis Summary
View the analyzed causes, main branches, active actions, deadlines, and follow-up points.

• Communication Flashes
Create visual aids to present the circumstances, risks, consequences, preventive measures, actions, and key messages. You can choose a color theme and select the areas you want to display. A hide/show function is available.

• Professional Exports
Generate compact or detailed PDF reports, cause trees, action plans, Excel files, and flashes in PDF or image format.
Just like the communication section, you can choose a color theme.

• Local Backup
Export a backup containing your incidents, trees, actions, flashes, preferences, and photos, then restore it to the same device or another.

• Local Operation
Data is saved on the device. No user account is required to use the application.

• French and English
The interface and exported documents can be used in French or English.
