Social media, short videos and endless feeds are built to keep you doomscrolling. Anása gives you a pause right at the moment you reach for them. One breath, one honest question, then you choose. Most of the time, that is all it takes to put the phone down.

HOW IT WORKS
Pick the apps that steal your time. When you open one, Anása steps in first with a short pause and asks what you are looking for. Close the app, choose something better to do, or plan a short visit with an ending you set. No guilt, no streaks to protect.

Lost an hour in one app? Anása calls you, the way a phone call does. Answer and hear your reminder in one of four calm voices, or in your own recorded voice. You choose how long before it rings, or turn it off.

APP BLOCKER, LIMITS AND PROTECTED TIME
Daily limits on opens or minutes for any app you choose
Protected moments, like dinner or the hour before bed, when chosen apps stay closed
Start a block whenever you need deep focus
Take a break from pauses for an hour or the rest of the day; blocks and limits still hold
Settings lock, so a weak moment cannot undo your plan

STAY OFF CHALLENGE
Dare yourself to stay off an app for 15 minutes, an hour or the rest of the day. Finish it and open a card you can share.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS

ABOUT THE ACCESSIBILITY PERMISSION
Anása uses the Android Accessibility service for one job: to know which app has just opened, so it can show your pause before an app you chose, and to notice a long scrolling session so it can check in. It never reads what is on your screen and nothing it sees ever leaves your phone. You can turn it off any time in Android Settings.
