I'm Here

I'm Here is a quiet personal-safety app for solo travelers, late-night walkers, fieldworkers, and anyone who occasionally puts themselves in situations where someone should know they got home safe.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Set your check-in interval — every 6, 12, 24, or 48 hours, your call.
2. When the time comes, tap the button to say you're safe. The whole interaction is one tap.
3. If you forget, the people you've chosen as emergency contacts are quietly notified by email — with your last known location, captured at the moment you last checked in.

That's the whole product. No tracking, no live location sharing, no broadcasts. Just a quiet promise to the people who care about you.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

• One-tap check-ins with optional location capture
• Email alerts to emergency contacts when you miss a check-in
• Pause anytime — boarding a flight, heading to bed, or just need a break
• Check-in history with locations on a map
• Customizable check-in interval

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

• No background location tracking — your location is recorded ONLY at the moment you tap check-in
• No social features, no friend lists, no broadcasts
• No advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking pixels
• No emergency dispatch — this is a reminder app, not a 911/112 replacement

PRIVACY FIRST

We collect: your email, hashed login codes, the names + contact methods of contacts you add, and the location captured at each check-in.

We never collect: device identifiers, advertising IDs, browsing history, your contacts list (except the specific contacts you choose to add), microphone, photos, or anything else.

We never sell, share, or use your data for advertising. Your check-in history stays on our servers and is available for export or deletion at any time from Settings.

IMPORTANT — IN AN EMERGENCY

I'm Here is a supplementary safety tool. It does NOT replace emergency services. If you're in danger, dial your local emergency number first.

We do not guarantee notification delivery. Email alerts may fail or be delayed. You assume all risks of using this app.
