Acervo Logistics

Acervo Logistics is your trusted partner for importing packages from the United States, Spain, and China to Costa Rica. With our international mailbox service, you can shop at any store in the world, and we'll take care of bringing it right to your door.

YOUR FREE INTERNATIONAL MAILBOX

We provide you with physical addresses in Miami (USA), Madrid (Spain), and Guangzhou (China) for you to use when shopping online. Your packages arrive at our warehouses, we process them, and then ship them to Costa Rica.

PURCHASE PRE-ALERTS

Register your purchases before they arrive. With pre-alerts, we instantly identify your package, process it faster, and notify you as soon as it enters our international warehouse.

REAL-TIME TRACKING

Follow the status of each package step by step: in the warehouse, in air transit, in customs, received in Costa Rica, and delivered. All the information includes dates, weight, itemized cost, and package movements.

INSTANT NOTIFICATIONS

Your phone will notify you instantly when your package:
- Arrives at our international warehouse
- Departs on a flight to Costa Rica
- Is ready for delivery
- You receive new credit or benefits

CLEAR COSTS AND NO SURPRISES

Know the billable weight, the rate per pound, and the total to pay before your package arrives. If your item requires a special import permit, we'll show you the complete breakdown and help you with customs procedures.

HOME OR OFFICE DELIVERY

We'll deliver the package to your home (local shipping costs apply) or you can pick it up for free at our office. You choose the option that best suits you.

SHOP ANYWHERE

Amazon, eBay, Zara, AliExpress, Apple, Shein, Walmart, Best Buy, and any online store that ships to the United States, Spain, or China. We'll bring it to Costa Rica.

SPECIAL RATES FOR SMEs

We offer preferential rates for companies with high monthly import volume. Contact us via WhatsApp to learn about our corporate plans.
