Kidsflow

Kidsflow is the complete solution to transform school pick-up into a safe, organized, and transparent process. Developed to connect schools and families, the app offers real-time tracking, flexible authorizations, and complete control over who picks up your children.
HOW IT WORKS
For families, simply open the app and start the pick-up. The school receives the notification instantly and tracks your arrival via GPS. When you arrive, the staff already knows and prepares your child for pick-up. Everything happens smoothly, without queues or waiting.
For schools, Kidsflow offers a complete dashboard to manage the student queue, view guardians on their way, and securely confirm pick-up.
FEATURES FOR FAMILIES
Real-time GPS tracking: The school tracks your location from the start of the pick-up until arrival, preparing your child in advance.
Vehicle registration: Register family vehicles to facilitate identification at the gate.
Authorizations for third parties: Need grandma, uncle, babysitter, or a driver to pick up your child? Create authorizations with restrictions on days, times, and expiration dates. Emergency Pickup Codes: Share a numeric code so someone you trust can pick up your child, even without the app installed.

Complete History: Track all pick-up attempts, know who picked them up and at what time.
Multiple Students: Manage pick-up for all your children in a single app, even from different schools.
FEATURES FOR SCHOOLS
Smart Queue: View in real time which students are waiting to be picked up and organize the pick-up efficiently.
Parents on the Way: Know who is coming to pick up and track their location in real time.
Secure Verification: Securely confirm each delivery. The system records who picked up the student and when.
Team Management: Register doormen, teachers, and coordinators with different access levels.
Smart Geofencing: Configure entry areas to automatically detect when a parent is arriving.
