BCM

BCM is an operational application designed to facilitate the management and execution of work orders by authorized technical personnel.

The application allows technicians to access assigned work orders, consult the information necessary to perform their tasks, and record the progress of each intervention from mobile devices.

Its main features include viewing and managing work orders, viewing customer and service information, recording completed tasks, configuring and managing equipment, accessing technical data, using location services for operational functions, and providing support tools for fieldwork.

Access to BCM is restricted to authorized users who already possess the corresponding credentials.

BCM aims to centralize the tools necessary for technical fieldwork and facilitate the tracking of operational tasks from a single application.
