Swale: Minimalist Launcher

You don't have a screen-time problem. You have an open-it-on-autopilot problem.

Swale is a calm, grayscale launcher built on one honest idea: the issue was never how long you're on your phone — it's the mindless scrolling you never actually chose. So Swale puts a single breath between you and the brainrot, and quietly celebrates the time you spend well.

No feed. No badges. No dopamine slot machine where your home screen used to be. Just a calm place to land — on your terms.

TWO HOMES. YOUR PICK.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
◆ Expressive — a soft grayscale icon grid you arrange freely, with a categorized app drawer and a quiet weather line.
◆ Absolute Minimalist — a pure-text home and A–Z list. Zero clutter, total calm.
Switch in a tap. Both are designed for phones and tablets.

A BREATH BEFORE THE SCROLL
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Open a brainrot app and Swale asks for one calm breath first — or a few typed words — so you open it on purpose, not on reflex. Your useful apps always open instantly. It's not a wall. It's a pause.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
PRODUCTIVE TIME IS A WIN
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Swale only flags mindless scrolling — never a long, productive day. Your screen time, framed honestly: the useful hours celebrated, the doomscrolling gently surfaced. No shame, no streak-anxiety.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
EVERYTHING TO STAY FOCUSED
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Focus sessions — pause distracting apps for 25, 50, 90 min or 3 hours
• Grayscale — turn the whole screen, or just chosen apps, monochrome to kill the colour-dopamine
• Daily limits and categories for any app
• One-tap routines — block apps and go grayscale together
• On-device notification filter — only the apps you choose may interrupt you
• Quick notes — catch a thought the moment it lands
• A calm weather glance, right where you look

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
CALM. PRIVATE. FREE.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Swale is completely free — no ads, no paywall, no sign-up. Your notes and notification filtering stay on your device.

A great fit if you're after a minimalist phone setup, a distraction-free focus launcher, a gentle dopamine detox, or just a quieter relationship with your phone.

Keep your smartphone. Lose the brainrot.
Swale — your phone, on your terms.
