About ILORA Board
Turn your meeting room wall into a room control panel.
ILORA Board is an application designed specifically for large touchscreens in meeting rooms. It displays what's happening in the room right now and lets you join a meeting with a single touch—no wall password, no laptop.
The interface is fully Arabic, right-to-left oriented, with large touch sizes and fonts that are easy to read from the far end of the room.
■ Home Screen — Room Status in a Second
• Upcoming meeting at the top of the screen, with its name, time, and organizer.
• "Live Now" badge when the meeting is in progress, or a countdown timer showing the time remaining until it starts.
• A large, unmistakable "Join" button for anyone standing in front of the board.
• "Start Meeting" to open an instant meeting that's recorded on your organization's calendar like any other meeting.
• Calendar, task, and meeting cards, each displaying the most recent activity.
■ Room Calendar
• Full monthly view, or a list view for those who prefer chronological order.
• Tap any day to view its details, and any item to view its full data.
• Navigate between months and use the button to return to the current day.
■ Team Tasks
• Kanban Touchpad: Swipe a card to move it between stages.
• Each card displays its priority, due date, and responsible party.
• A timer runs directly on cards currently being worked on.
• Search and filter by project, priority, and responsible party.
■ Meetings
• Join from the room's meeting list or via a join code.
• If the meeting hasn't started, the board waits and automatically joins once the organizer begins.
• Large buttons: Microphone, Camera, Screen Sharing, Recording, Whiteboard, Invite Others, Leave.
• Screen sharing with two-finger zoom, pan, and reset.
• A clear red badge is displayed throughout the recording, visible to everyone in the room.
■ Collaborative Whiteboard
• A collaborative drawing board that opens directly within the meeting, filling the entire screen for standing drawing.
• The board is integrated into the app itself—it doesn't need to be downloaded from the internet, so it opens instantly even on a weak network connection. (Real-time sharing of drawings with other participants requires a meeting connection.)
■ Simple One-Time Setup
• Link the screen by scanning a QR code with your phone's camera or by entering the link code in ILORA settings.
• The board is authenticated with its own device code, not an employee account—so no one's login credentials remain on a screen in a shared room.
• The system administrator can unlink the screen at any time.
■ Works True to Network Connection
When the connection drops, the board displays a bar indicating that the data is outdated and the time of the last update, rather than displaying outdated data as real-time.

Operating Requirements
• An ILORA platform account and organization; the app is an interface to your organization's data and not a standalone product.
• An Android device with a horizontal touchscreen — designed for large, wall-mounted screens in meeting rooms.
• Camera and microphone for meetings, and screen sharing permission when using them.
