Iris: High-Quality PC Webcam

Turn your Android phone into a high-quality PC webcam in seconds. Iris captures your camera and serves it as a standard RTSP stream directly to your computer—no accounts, no cloud servers, and absolutely no ads.

Perfect for Zoom meetings, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or OBS Studio recording.

Key Features:
- **High-Quality Video**: Hardware H.264 encoding for crisp, smooth video.
- **Wi-Fi or USB**: Stream wirelessly over your local network or use USB for the lowest possible latency.
- **OBS Studio Ready**: Works out of the box as a Media Source in OBS (which can output to a Virtual Camera).
- **100% Free & Private**: No subscriptions, no watermarks, no ads. All processing happens locally on your device.
- **Battery Efficient**: Uses Android's zero-copy GPU path to minimize battery drain.

How it helps you:
Instead of buying an expensive external webcam, Iris lets you repurpose the excellent camera already in your pocket. It is built to be a reliable, clean utility that respects your privacy.

Privacy & Security:
Iris requires Camera and Network permissions to function. Your video stream is served locally over your own Wi-Fi or USB connection. It is never sent to the internet or any third-party server.

Built by an independent developer focused on premium, ad-free utilities.
