Welcome to THRST. 10 years of gym and muscle training experience, all in one powerful app. THRST has a unique approach to tailored workout plans. This isn't just a 12 week guide packed with standard exercises, this is a workout plan that targets key body focus areas to help you achieve the best physique possible for your body type. Each guide comes prepared with the exercises you need to maximise fitness in that area and has a range from full body workouts to focusing on key muscle groups. Flexible workout routines mean you dictate your training schedule. Whether at home or the gym, choose between 3 - 5 day training days within the week. A digital training guide removes the need to track progress on paper. The app automatically records your workout data and stores your set history so you can always come back and see your workout stats. Recording sets and reps has also never been easier with the app's clean UI that brings a level of ease to the training programme, allowing you to focus on all that really matters in that moment - the next set and reps.

Nutrition & Diet
Nutrition is an important aspect of any top tier training programme. In order to help you achieve results, the app contains over 200 crafted meals designed to help you fuel and maintain your ever enhancing physique. Eating a balanced diet is now as easy as browsing our menu of meals with an ingredients list laid out for you in an easy to use shopping list.

Focused Training & Workouts
Choose between 3,4 and 5 training days per week to fit within your schedule. Change of circumstance? Simply change the days you can train and generate a new plan whenever you need to.
