About Pendidikan Disabilitas Netra

This Android application is a Special Education Teacher's Guidebook for Students with Visual Disabilities with Intellectual Barriers for Independent Curriculum SDLB, SMPLB and SMALB. In Pdf format.

Every student is unique and has different learning needs. This needs to be realized and is a principle for every special education teacher. Therefore, teachers need to carry out learning activities according to the conditions of each student. This book will help teachers in designing and creating learning according to the characteristics, needs and principles of learning for students with visual disabilities and intellectual disabilities.

The use of the term "visually disabled students" in this book was chosen to introduce a better term in line with developments and changes in perspectives in special education. It is hoped that these developments and changes can bring a spirit of equality and inclusion for students. This is because language can shape ways of thinking. It is hoped that the use of better terms will not just be a euphemism, but also form a more positive and pro-student perspective.

This guidebook contains important concepts that teachers need to understand and is equipped with examples and learning case studies. These learning concepts, examples and case studies are important to study and are expected to provide inspiration for teachers in carrying out learning.

This book is presented in practical, easy to understand language, as well as visual explanations complete with interesting infographics. This book will guide teachers to create accommodative, creative and innovative learning. Teachers are given the freedom to modify and adapt the activities in this book according to classroom learning needs.

It is hoped that this guidebook can help teachers in preparing learning plans in accordance with the Independent Curriculum. However, the Independent Curriculum only acts as a guide and reference for teachers in determining learning goals for students. The implementation of the Independent Curriculum is not rigid or rigid, but flexible, free to change and adapt. Teachers need to have the courage to be creative and adapt the Independent Curriculum if necessary according to the assessment results and students' learning needs.

Hopefully this book can help teachers in providing meaningful and functional learning experiences for students. It is hoped that learning through this book will open up opportunities for students to be empowered, live independently and live together in families, communities and society.
