The writing of this book was prepared based on the curriculum created by the English For Young Learner Community (EYLC) Sidoarjo, namely a working group of Muhammadiyah Elementary School / MI English teachers throughout Sidoarjo. The main aim of writing this book is to provide students with a handbook for the entire series of English language learning activities in the classroom.

Learning that focuses on listening and speaking activities will motivate and grow self-confidence in using English in everyday life. This book is also arranged based on the child's level of development, character and environment.

My Next Words provides simple learning material so that children are able to communicate using English according to the child's development and communication needs.

So that the character of language as a communication tool can be realized in daily and sustainable learning activities, teachers are expected to use English in a series of learning activities in the classroom and outside the classroom, so that children can use it in the context of their daily lives.

Hopefully this book can be useful and become a new discourse for English teachers as an effort to improve the quality of students in facing global developments. We hope that observers and educators can provide constructive suggestions, especially in the field of English, to improve this book.
