Veterans Affairs Wayfinding application is developed to provide better experience for our Veterans. By using this application, veterans can easily search and find clinics and amenities in the hospital. Locations can be searched by voice input or by typing the location name in the search field. Our patients can start a route from any location to the target destinations in the hospital.
Veterans can also use the application while they are not in the hospital. Patients can search and preview a route to get wayfinding information before they arrive to the hospital. Patients also can save the location of their car in the parking lots and start a route from the parking lot to clinics or amenities they wish to go. After your visit to the hospital, you can start a route back to your car’s location. In addition to wayfinding functionalities, you can also use the application for different needs such as:
• Adding appointments to the application by scanning the appointment card given or sent to you via application by using the “Appointments” module. Appointments module will automatically remind your appointments via push messages.
• Starting navigation to the hospital from your location by choosing a hospital from the “About Us” section.
• Accessing the latest announcements about our hospital in the “Announcements” section.
You can also use the application in Spanish or English.
