Allows veterans to synchronize multiple health devices and connected apps
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Sync My Health Data (SMHD) mobile application (app) allows Veterans to connect their health/fitness information from other apps (like Apple Health, FitBit, and Garmin) and select Bluetooth devices (Accu-Chek Bluetooth glucometers) to the VA for their provider to view. NOTE: Sync My Health Data is currently available at select locations. Veterans should only use this app in coordination with their clinical team at VA who can provide them with the required participation code.
