GymBud is available to clients of coaches who use the GymBud coaching platform.
Your program, content, and available features are provided by your coach.

FOLLOW YOUR PERSONALIZED PROGRAM

Open each workout with exercises, sets, reps, methods, rest times, videos, and
instructions prescribed by your coach. Approved substitutions help you adapt
when equipment is unavailable without leaving the plan.

TRAIN WITH CONFIDENCE

Log weight, reps, and effort (RPE) as you go. Built-in rest timers and clear
workout controls keep the session moving. During temporary connection
interruptions, supported workout activity stays protected and resumes syncing
when service returns.

STAY CONNECTED TO YOUR COACH

Chat and send photos, audio, and form videos with the context of your training.
When Chat is available, you can message your coach without leaving an active
workout.

SEE PROGRESS YOU CAN UNDERSTAND

Review training rhythm, weekly volume, recent records, body measurements, and
comparable progress photos. When your coach approves a Progress report, see the
evidence, their professional review, and the next steps together.

COMPLETE BETTER CHECK-INS

Submit measurements, feedback, and guided front, side, and back photos.
Check-ins can also include skinfolds, body-fat estimates, and details from
anthropometric assessments.

KEEP YOUR MOMENTUM

Join Challenges when your coach makes them available. After a completed session, turn your workout stats into a personalized story card and share it through your phone.

LEARN BETWEEN SESSIONS

Watch on-demand classes and exercise guidance from your coach. Availability and access depend on the content and plan your coach offers.

A TRAINING SPACE THAT FEELS PERSONAL

GymBud adapts to your coach's configured logo and colors while keeping navigation clear in light and dark modes.

CONTROL YOUR EXPERIENCE

Choose your app language and appearance, manage notifications, and use Face ID, fingerprint, or device biometrics for faster return after setup. If available on your device, compatible health data is optional and shared with your coach only when you enable it.
