LUUQ Portal

The LUUQ Portal mobile application is designed for Luuq Coffee Roastery business partners and authorized users to manage their daily operations from their phones. You can complete tasks you've already done on the portal quickly and easily in the field, with one hand.

• ORDER TRACKING
All orders in a single list. Status, amount, number of items, and current balance are all visible on the same card. Search by order code, narrow down with ready-made filters, and specify a date range. Summary, items, process flow, and notes are all in separate tabs.

• WAREHOUSE AND SHIPPING
Manage the preparation and shipping steps for frozen product orders. Mark items individually while picking them, and see the progress instantly. The proof photo is taken instantly with the camera; no selection is made from the gallery.

• CARD COLLECTIONS
Track card payments with their status: payment received, transferred to accounting, pending reverse transaction.

• FIELD VISIT AND AUDIT
Start and finish branch visits, fill out the audit form, and add photos where necessary. Your location is verified at the branch at the start and end of your visit. Location is only read at these two times; no background location tracking is performed.

• REPORTS
Management summary, weekly order status, and product-based sales reports. Select a period, filter by branch, and see trends.

• NOTIFICATIONS
Receive notifications for new orders, cancellations and revision requests, collection transactions, and field assignments. You decide which notifications arrive within the app and which as phone notifications, categorized by type.

• AUTHORIZED SCREEN
Each user only sees the screens and data they are authorized to access.
