Honda Çamkıran

The Honda Çamkıran mobile application was designed for Çamkıran Automotive employees to manage incoming e-invoice processes without being tied to their desks.

The application is intended for use by company personnel only. Accounts are defined by the company manager; there are no publicly accessible records.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Inbox
List e-invoices received by the company with supplier, amount, document date, and due date information. Search by invoice number, supplier, or VAT number; filter by forwarding status, invoice type, business sector, and date range.

Approval Queue
View invoices awaiting your approval. For service invoices, review the invoice and service form comparison field by field, see the approval code, customer, license plate, and amount match at a glance. Approve or reject with a reason.

Invoice Details
View items, process steps, and all transactions. Open the e-invoice itself within the application. Forward the invoice to the relevant department.

Service Invoice Matching
View invoices awaiting matching with service forms, manually match them, or remove incorrect matches.

Overdue Invoices
Track overdue invoices color-coded according to their due date.

Notifications
Receive instant notifications for invoices assigned to you, pending approval tasks, and overdue invoices. Tap on the notification to go to the relevant screen. Determine which notification channel you receive through.

AUTHORIZATION

Every screen and every operation is subject to the authorization given to you by the company. Screens or buttons you don't have authorization for will never appear in the application.
