1) The Exclusive Elite 121 Coaching

You will work directly with Ash Barnes to achieve your fitness goals. Whether you have a goal to drop body fat, build muscle, improve nutritional knowledge, run a marathon, get photoshoot ready and boost your confidence or be competitive and step on a fitness/bodybuilding stage Ash will work with you daily to achieve your goal. 24/7 level accountability. Extensive weekly knowledge and training will be available to teach you everything that you want/need to know. Tailored Nutrition, Tailored Workouts and opportunities to be a part of a huge community of likeminded women this Exclusive Elite option is for you.

2) The Blue Print Programme - for both Fatloss and Growth (3 Tiers)

The light touch approach to Fatloss and Growth. Two programmes depending on your goal and 3 tiers with each tier lasting 16 weeks.You will be given tailored macros and calories, cardio and training plans for your desired goal. You will receive monthly checkins, have access to an in app question and answer support system. You will also have access to a knowledge/video hub to take your knowledge to the next level.

3) The Coaches Start up Roadmap and Exclusive Elite Content Shoot.

Are you an on the floor PT looking to build an online business? This programme is for you. Over 16 weeks we will transition you from an on the floor PT into a fully functioning online coach. We cover off your niche, how to engage with new clients, how to build a brand through your social media to target your desired niche. We also cover off how to coach online, different platforms available, how to manage payments effectively as well as up skill your own coaching abilities to be able to transform your clients and provide an elite service. Along side this you will work with Head Coach Ash Barnes and prepare for your very own content shoot. 1000 images, Social media boost from photographers all lined up to build your brand. With the added option of continued monthly support to discuss your clients checkins and get feedback on how to keep them moving towards their goal. We aim to build your confidence and take you to the next elite coaching level.
