About iBilly app

The iBilly app is designed to get you detailed insights about your personal finance. With the iBilly app it is possible to connect your bank account so you can easily manage your income and spendings. It is also possible to add transactions manually but that’s a bit old-school :-)


You are able to securely setup a connection with your bank account(s), this way you will provide iBilly permission to retrieve your transactions. Then you can sort and label your transactions and create goals and budgets.

There are two ways to use this feature:

1. You can connect your bank account which will setup a live feed, this means that we will fetch your transactions daily. Please note that to be able to connect a bank account, you need to have an active subscription.
2. You can also add/create transactions manually without a live bank connection.

Note that the app is quite intelligent! Most transactions can be sorted and labelled automatically, unfortunately not all of them. If a transaction is not labelled correctly, you can change or add a label manually. Al the future transactions will be labelled automatically with your desired label.

- Incognito Mode: You can go full incognito if you want to show the app to someone else. Switching to incognito mode will hide each amount in your app.

1. Single - 1,99 p/m - Connect 1 bank account
2. Together - 3,99 p/m – Connect up to 4 bank accounts + you can invite one other user to share your account with and manage your finances together and have access to all new features and our soon to be launched web dashboard (iBilly Navigator)
3. Family - 7,99 p/m – Connect up to 10 bank accounts, able to invite four members and including all the features from the Together subscription.
4. The President - 9,99 p/m – Connect up to 25 bank accounts, unlimited invites of members + all the features from the Family subscription.
