KindiCare provides all childcare services with a unique numerical rating that helps parents and guardians understand the comparative service quality of different childcare services at a glance.

The KindiCare Rating also makes it easy to sort your search results based on the highest rating to see which centres perform best in your area.

Global Search

KindiCare provides users a unique global predictive search that allows parents and guardians to search for childcare options both by suburb, by childcare provider or childcare centre name as well as by keyword.

The predictive search means that you will always find the right result for your search, no matter how you start your early learning search journey.

Advanced Filters

There are over 16,400 childcare services across a range of care types in Australia. KindiCare is the first to deliver advanced search filters to the market that enable users to very quickly narrow down their search.

You can narrow your search by the type of care, KindiCare Rating, distance from your location or suburb, value for money, cost per session, National Quality Standard (NQS rating).

This helps parents and guardians quickly find the early childhood education and care type that is the best fit for their family and their needs.

Favourites

KindiCare allows parents and guardians to quickly build a shortlist of their favourite childcare centres and services. This makes it easy to find again, share with family and friends as well as enquire or apply.

The Enquiries feature enables parents and guardians to make an enquiry to a childcare provider in just three clicks. KindiCare then sends the details of the enquiry instantly and securely direct to the provider.

Applications

The Application feature enables parents and guardians to easily apply for childcare places electronically, make waitlist payments and receive automatic updates and notifications as the application progresses.

My Profile

My Profile allows users to store and update their details, as well as the details of their partner and children to streamline the process of making an Application for any service.

KindiCare takes the pain out of communication with childcare providers. The Mailbox lets you communicate securely and conveniently 24/7 with multiple centres and providers all in one place.

Covering Enquiries and Applications, the Mailbox delivers Notifications instantly on your mobile to ensure you’re always up to date – eliminating the need for follow up phone calls and emails!

Value for Money Rating

The Value for Money Rating is a unique rating developed by KindiCare to enable parents and guardians to assess whether a service is good value for money for the price that centre is charging for that service when compared to the other options in the area.
