MyFlex is the mobile client portal for Flexible IT clients. Log a task, talk directly to the specialist working on it, and keep track of everything in progress right from your phone.

MyFlex is available to existing Flexible IT clients. Accounts are set up by your Flexible IT team, so you will need to be an established contact at a client organization to sign in.

STAY INFORMED
Service alerts appear at the top of the app when there is a wider issue affecting your organization, so you know about it before you report it. In-app notifications keep you current on task assignments, specialist messages, and shared passwords.

SECURE BY DESIGN
Sign in with a secure link sent to your work email; there is no password to create, forget, or reuse. Turn on Face ID or Touch ID to keep MyFlex locked when you're not using it, and to get straight back in when you are.
