At Team Granite, nothing is cookie-cutter and I’m far from robotic in my approach. I believe in the title of a ‘coach’ and offer a level of service that goes beyond just simply adjusting dietary numbers and training programs.
Team Granite provides an online service designed for Individual’s male or females, competitive or non-competitive aiming to getting you the results you deserve. The owner and founder of Team Granite is 11 x Overall and class Mr Wales, Multiple National Bodybuilding Champion athlete and multiple magazines featured fitness model Neil Andrews, qualified in nutrition, and paired with experience of working with hundreds of clients, nationally and internationally from all backgrounds reaching their different and desired goals for the past 14 years.
Team Granite offers you the client or athlete a monthly coaching scheme as well as one off nutrition plans, training plans which all details will be listed below.
Quality, high-level coaching should be about forming relationships, managing, and setting expectations, mentorship, utilising correct feedback, and most importantly, good communication and educating you the client.
My role at Team Granite is to help people find the most effective and sustainable approach to reaching their body composition goals. One off diet, tailored to you and your goals, all macronutrients (proteins, carbohydrates, and fats) are carefully gauged according to bodyweight, body composition and your goal Male or Female.

times when it’s going to get tough. This is when I need perseverance. I am here to help and guide you in the most helpful manner. I also need you as the client to persevere with continued effort.

Weekly check-ins to update me on how the process is going, and for us to provide feedback and make the necessary adjustments to the plans continually. This is where the real value is, as this is how we maintain body composition progress at an accelerated rate.
For competitors and photo shoot clients, I provide customised peaking programs tailored to your needs to ensure you look your best on show day. This also includes additional contact via WhatsApp / phone to ensure everything runs smoothly in the final stages of prep.
