Do I have to subscribe to anything?

Nope, you can get meals delivered whenever you want them. No subscription required, ever.

Do I have to track my food?

You don’t have to use the food log to get meals delivered (but all the research seems to tell us that tracking food intake is one of the most effective ways to lose weight/gain muscle/change your body if that’s what you’re into).

How does FitGenie help me reach my goal?
