Maly AI

Maly AI is built for families in Egypt and the Gulf whose bank texts them about every card swipe, transfer and salary. Maly AI turns those messages into one shared household ledger — who spent what, from which account, in which category — and then works out the zakat due on that ledger amount by amount, each amount against its own hawl.

Bank messages become transactions
On Android, with your permission, Maly AI reads incoming bank SMS and turns each one into a transaction: amount, merchant, account and category, read straight out of the text. You can review every entry before or after it is booked, and you can revoke the permission at any time — the app keeps working without it. You can also paste or share a message into the app, or photograph a paper receipt. To see the whole thing work first, tap "Try with a sample bank message" on the Transactions tab.

One family ledger
Invite your spouse or family members to co-manage a single household ledger. Every device stays in sync in real time, and every member gets an instant notification on each deposit or withdrawal.

An assistant that books only after you confirm
Talk or type: "spent 50 on coffee", "how much did we spend on groceries this month?". The assistant drafts the entry, shows you a confirmation card, and books nothing until you tap confirm.

Zakat with a real hawl engine
Maly AI tracks the hawl of every amount separately against the nisab (85 g of 24-karat gold), on Umm al-Qura Hijri dates, and always tells you which price basis produced the figure.
Two modes:
• FIFO — zakat only on the amounts that have completed a full year.
• Pool-anchored — set the date your pool first reached nisab; zakat falls due on the whole pool at each anniversary.
Every zakat figure is traceable back to the dated transactions that produced it.

Accounts and assets, valued live
Banks, e-wallets, safes, brokers, real estate, businesses. Cash, gold by karat, silver, stocks, investment funds, receivables, business inventory, personal items — valued with live gold and silver prices from the local Egyptian market (iSagha) when your currency is EGP, or the world spot price converted at the day's rate.

See where the month went
Spending by category and over time, month-to-month cash flow, monthly limits per category, savings goals, recurring commitments and payments, and a home-screen widget with your week's spending at a glance.

Reports and exports
• Three-sheet Excel export: transactions, assets, zakat.
• Detailed zakat PDF (nisab and hawl summary, itemized breakdown, verdict, and the calculation basis).
• JSON backup, import and export.

Private by design
Fingerprint or face lock on the whole app. Your data lives on your devices and in your own cloud space (Firebase). The AI sees aggregates only, for insights — we never sell or share your data.
