NoDial: Block Outgoing Calls

■ What NoDial does
• Blocks the calls you make, not the ones you receive.
• Works like outgoing call barring, but only for the numbers you pick.
• Blocks one number at a time: add each number you've decided not to call.
• Blocks around the clock, or only on the days and hours you choose.
• Or allows just a set number of calls per day, week, or month, and blocks the rest.
• With Premium Unlimited, you can also block all outgoing calls, not just your list: outgoing call barring for your whole phone, around the clock, on a schedule, or with a call limit.
• Rules can be changed anytime. Switching blocking off takes effect after one hour; switching it back on is instant.

■ Block the numbers you've decided not to call
NoDial physically stops calls your willpower alone can't. Think of it as outgoing call barring for one number at a time. Add the number of someone you've decided to stop contacting, and calls to that number simply won't go through — no need to delete the contact.

■ Not a "contact vault." An outgoing wall.
NoDial doesn't hide or lock your contacts. It uses Android's built-in call redirection to stop outgoing calls to the numbers you've registered. Even if you know the number by heart, the call won't connect.

■ Remember why each number is there
Attach a short memo to each number ("ex", "the office"). Memos stay on your device.

■ Built to resist a weak moment
There is no delete button for an added number — by design, so a weak moment can't undo a good decision. You can fix a typo once per number, or switch blocking off for a number; the switch takes effect one hour after you confirm, and you can cancel it during that hour. Switching it back on is immediate. To remove numbers entirely, close your account in the app (this deletes everything immediately and permanently) or uninstall.

■ Pricing: your first number is free, always
NoDial lets you block one number and use every feature free, with no payment info required. Extra numbers can be saved as "waiting" for free; they start blocking the moment you subscribe (monthly, auto-renewing; prices shown in Google Play):
• Premium: up to 10 numbers
• Premium Plus: up to 20 numbers
• Premium Unlimited: unlimited numbers, plus blocking all outgoing calls
Billing and cancellation go through Google Play; refunds follow Google Play's policy.

■ Emergency calls always go through
Calls to numbers Android recognizes as emergency numbers always connect, even when all outgoing calls are blocked. 911, 999, 112, and other major emergency numbers can never be added.

■ We don't know who you are
NoDial never asks for your email, password, name, or contacts; your account is an anonymous ID created on first launch. Numbers you block are hashed on your device before being sent, so our server never sees them. We keep only what the app needs: blocking rules, app language, country and device language, app version and last-active date, subscription status (via Google Play), a push token, anonymous analytics (Firebase), and the advertising ID for ad measurement (resettable in settings).

■ Switching phones or uninstalling
Blocked numbers stay on your device; on a new phone, add them again. Premium belongs to your Google account: open NoDial on the new phone with the same account and it's restored automatically. Uninstalling or closing your account does not cancel the subscription; cancel it in Google Play.

■ NoDial might not be for you if:
• You want to block incoming calls (NoDial only blocks outgoing calls)
• You want to bar only international calls (that is your mobile operator's call barring setting, not NoDial)
• You need formal invoices for business accounting (Google Play issues a purchase receipt; we don't provide separate invoices)

■ Requirements
• Android 10 (API level 29) or higher
• A device that supports call redirection (CallRedirectionService)
• An internet connection (for registration and sync)
