ilovay: RV & Camper Van Spots

ilovay is a travel app for people who move: drivers, vanlifers, RV owners, motorcyclists, cyclists, sailors and hikers. Record the roads you take, mark the places worth stopping at, and follow other travellers on a shared map.

RECORD YOUR TRIPS
Start the tracker before you set off and ilovay records your route as a GPS track — the path on the map, distance, duration and average speed. Choose how you are travelling: car, van, RV, motorcycle, bike, on foot or yacht. Recording keeps running while the app is in the background, with a notification shown for the whole session, so a trip stays in one piece even when the phone is in your pocket. When you stop, keep the trip private or publish it to your profile or to a community.

PLAN ROUTES AND NAVIGATE
Build a route between points and follow it with turn-by-turn navigation and spoken directions.

FIND PLACES WORTH STOPPING AT
Explore a map of spots added by other travellers — overnight parking, marinas, trailheads, water, viewpoints. Open a spot to see photos, ratings and reviews from people who actually stopped there, save it for later, and add spots of your own.

SHARE THE ROAD
Post photos and videos from the road, share stories, comment on other people's trips and message travellers directly. Join communities built around a region or a way of travelling and see the trips their members publish.

YOUR TRAVEL MAP
Every completed trip is drawn on your personal travel map. Pan and zoom through everywhere you have been, trip by trip.

OFFLINE MAPS
Download map areas before you leave, so the map still works where there is no signal.

Location: ilovay records your location only while you have started a trip recording, and shows a notification for as long as recording is running.
