Each workshop focuses on a specific topic, such as grief or anxiety, and is composed of a small, private group of prescreened members facing a similar situation, to provide mutual support and relief.

We offer weekly online workshops led by a dedicated therapist, with individual activities, tools, customized content for workshop members, and chat with our support team. You benefit from live meetings with both professional and peer support, and the opportunity to build meaningful connections and relationships.

Led by Professional Therapists
Circles’ therapists have been vetted and selected for their experience and accreditations, according to national standards. They have significant experience in their subject areas and leading online support groups based on proven methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and PTSD tools. Circles’ therapists are experts in leading support groups for grief, anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, and more.
You are matched with a specific group that best suits your needs. Each group meets for a live online workshop, led by the same therapist every week. Workshops are conducted via chat or video, and members are asked to be live on camera during the workshop to ensure full transparency with the group. If you want to use a nickname, that’s ok. In between meetings, you can connect with your group members, group facilitator, and engage with a variety of self-help exercises.
Research shows that online group therapy can be as meaningful as meeting with a therapist in person, with demonstrated results in improving participants’ emotional wellbeing. We believe you can take proactive steps towards feeling better and start seeing meaningful changes in all circles of your life.
