*** Usage of Olly according to my everyday life pattern ***

1. Mild insomnia from spending most of the time indoors during the day.
- Despite having a balanced life, you can still suffer from insomnia if you spend most of the day indoors. This is because there is no absolute light like sunlight.
- In the morning, Get as much sunlight outdoors as you can. If that’s not possible, use Olly Day to fill in the insufficient light. We recommend using Olly twice but you can adjust this depending on your mood and condition. In the afternoon, use as an alternative of coffee. Help yourself with melatonin secretion with Olly Night, 3 hours before sleep.

2. Seasonal depression, frequent in winter (SAD)

- Days grow shorter in winter and the lack of sunlight can make you feel depressed. This will be familiar if you are living in a high-altitude area. Although seasonal depression isn’t very serious in mid-latitude countries, those who are particularly sensitive would have felt it without knowing exactly why.
- Fill up your inadequate light and energy more than twice in the morning with Olly Day. If Olly Day substitutes your last coffee of the day in the afternoon, it will restore insufficient light and help you sleep well.

3. Rotational shift workers with constantly changing schedule

- Sun regularly rises in the morning and sets at night, is your daily schedule synchronized with this? If your daily life cyclically changes its day and night, use Olly for yourself before it’s too late.
- Using Olly Day 3 to 4 times for concentration during night shifts is recommended.
