Healthlab can identify an extensive list of ingredients, so even if you decide not to follow one of our recipes you can continue to track your diet and progress and a built-in computer vision feature will scan your meal and automatically identify the ingredients used. Your Digital Dietitian will analyze your meals for 10 different criteria such as food variety, variety of vegetables, and sugar intake. You will be provided with daily and more detailed weekly reports personally.
