Sereno: Chronic Pet Health

Sereno is a pet health tracker for dogs and cats with a long-term illness. It keeps the medications, symptoms and numbers a chronic condition asks you to watch, reminds you when a dose is due, shows you how things are moving, and turns it all into a clear PDF report for your vet.

MEDICATION REMINDERS THAT FIT REAL TREATMENTS
• A different dose at each time of day – half a tablet in the morning, a whole one at night
• Daily schedules, every few hours, or every X days for injections given weekly or monthly
